Funeral services are still incomplete for a former Christian County resident, Leonard Davis, 56, who was found dead with a companion in an overturned auto beneath a bridge on Hwy. 34 about seven miles west of Chariton, Iowa Tuesday afternoon. The other victim, 41-year-old Gerald R. McKnight, of near Chariton, had been missing from his job in Chariton for a week. A missing person report on McKnight had been issued Tuesday morning, according to reports.
